When you have the plans we can price them and of course build it.

Why?  Because this is our full home construction package on your land.  

We offer a free site visit and then provide the first hour free of charge so to enable us to come up with the floor plan that best suits your section, wants and needs and most importantly your BUDGET.

We have many homes to choose from, however, we have found that these often only provide a guide so our clients can  design the home that best suits them.  

After all it is you that will be living in this new creation.
